  2. Well, I was bitten a year ago. I had no idea where the rashes came from. I had them on my face and neck. It looked quite bad. First I thought it would disappear, but it didn’t, so I decided to visit my doctor. When he told me those were bed bug bites, I just could not believe it! Bed bug bites?! I was so certain that my apartment was clean and safe. I live alone and I don’t really travel a lot, so I don’t know how they have gotten in there. Anyway, I knew I had to do something. For my skin, I used calamine lotion, antibacterial soap and ice cubes. The rash subsided in ten days and I was happy, but I knew that they would bite me again. So, I called the pest control company I found on the net. My apartment is not too big, so the price wasn’t high at all. They treated literally every corner of my apartment! Now my furniture is clean and bed bug-free. It is not the rash that’s annoying; the fact that you have these bugs is definitely more annoying that the rash itself.

  4. I had the same problem a couple of months ago. However, I did nothing about the rashes. I just waited for the bites to disappear, and they did! In fact, at the time I was bitten, I did not even know those were bed bug bites. I thought it was an allergy, so I just ignored it. I stopped eating eggs and dairy, thinking that my problem was somehow related to these foods. When I was a kid, I was sensitive to eggs and some milk products, but even now, I am not sure it was a true allergy. However, I stopped eating these foods, believing it would help me with this skin irritation. The rashes were on my arms and face. After two weeks, the rashes subsided completely, and I was still on my egg-free diet. When my brother came to visit me, he spotted something on my bed sheets. He said that I had bed bugs. I was very surprised. I was wondering how it was possible! However, I realized that my skin rashes had nothing to do with foods. I called the pest control and they solved the problem. I hope I won’t have this problem again.
